To offer personalized, privacy-focused care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance panels, I operate as an out-of-network provider. I do not take insurance. However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that reimburse a portion of your therapy costs.
At the end of each month, I can provide you with a superbill—an official statement designed specifically for insurance submission. You simply submit this document through your insurer’s online portal or claims department. Depending on your coverage, your insurance company may send a reimbursement check directly to you once your out-of-network deductible is met.
Do you see clients virtually or in-person?

I see clients virtually at this time, using a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. This gives clients flexibility to participate in therapy from the comfort of their homes.

90 minute individual session: $225

Prepare for Intake Session
The first session is called the intake session. Before this session, I will email you documents to review, fill out, and sign from a HIPAA-compliant online system.
If they aren’t complete before the first session, I can give you time at the beginning of the session to fill them out.

Virtual Intake Session
We will meet for the first session over a HIPAA-compliant video platform. The intake session is used for us to get to know each other, to gather information on your relevant history, to understand past experiences with therapy, and establish current reasons for therapy. We will work on assessment and goal setting for future sessions.
